Queen City Anime Convention 2025 is leveling up—we’re adding a community built Tabletop Gaming Room, and it’s going to be a BLAST!
But we can’t do it without you!
Whether you're into D&D, Pathfinder, indie RPGs, or classic board games, this is your chance to explore new worlds, meet fellow adventurers, and maybe even slay a dragon or two.

Player sign-ups will be open throughout the con, so swing by the gaming room, check the schedule, and jump into a campaign or board game whenever you're ready. Whether you're a seasoned dungeon crawler or just curious, there's a seat at the table for you!

Game Masters must sign up by September 10th to be included in the official schedule. Don’t miss your chance to lead epic quests and guide brave souls through perilous adventures!

Gaming Tournaments
Join our console tournaments and show what you’ve got! Registration closes 15 minutes before each start time.
Friday, September 12th, 2025:
• 5:00 PM – Street Fighter 6
• 7:00 PM – Guilty Gear Strive
Saturday, September 13th, 2025:
• 12:00 PM – Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
• 6:00 PM – Tekken 8 ( $5 entry fee )
Sunday, September 14th, 2025:
• 12:00 PM – Mario Kart 8
QCAC 2026 Passes Awarded to Top 3 Finishers.
Note: Times may change at the discretion of QCAC staff. You must purchase a QCAC 2025 badge in order to participate in any events.
Tekken 8 Prize Details:
• Entry Fee: $5 per player
• Added Pot (Sliding Scale):
$150 guaranteed, $200 at 12+ players, $250 at 16+ players, $350 at 24+ players, $500 at 32 players (full bracket)
• QCAC 2026 Weekend Passes: Awarded to Top 3 Finishers (in addition to cash prizes)
Cash Prize Distribution:
• 2–7 players: 1st – 80% / 2nd – 20%
• 8–11 players: 1st – 70% / 2nd – 25% / 3rd – 5%
• 12–19 players: 1st – 60% / 2nd – 25% / 3rd – 10% / 4th – 5%
• 20–32 players: 1st – 45% / 2nd – 25% / 3rd – 15% / 4th – 10% / 5th – 5%
